1 The Coach decision is final on any pass/fail of assessments/examinations.

1.1 Objections by candidates must be filed in writing to our admin office and give a full and accurate explanation and/or description of your objection.

1.2 Extra training sessions required in addition to the standard course must be paid at the standard set rate and paid directly through the admin office and not to the Coach.

1.3 Any outstanding training fees will be refunded in full when the training does not take place due to legitimate unforeseen circumstances that must be substantiated with proof. For example a doctors certificate.

1.4 No refund, wholly or in part, will be given for any training or part thereof which has been taken.

2 All training/assessment sessions will be accompanied by a written report by the Coach.

2.1 You must give two clear working days notice to cancel any scheduled training without loss of the fee. Saturday is included as a working day.

2.2 It is your responsibility to guarantee the Coach receives your cancellation. Do not just text/email and presume it will be picked up in time.

3 There is no official dress code. Trainers and candidates are required to be smart and take care of personal hygiene!  Baseball caps are NOT permitted.

4 The course is fully DSA accredited. All trainers will be trained and regularly updated and supervised by adindiFleet and THREESHIRES Fleet.
